Welcome to all families for the 2025 College year! Thank you to all families who have finalised their 2024 School Fees!
2025 College Fees
2025 Fee statements will be emailed to all families by Friday 14 February 2025.
Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF)
The government provides support to families with a health card with the cost of camps, sports and excursions. The College will apply for CSEF on your behalf. The process is as follows:
▪️New families in 2025 or families claiming CSEF for the first time
Please complete the CSEF form and provide a copy of your concession card to the College.
▪️Families who claimed CSEF in 2024
Families only need to provide a copy of their current concession card to be eligible to claim in 2025. A new form will not be required.
Please return completed forms by Friday, 28 February 2025 to accounts@smseymour.catholic.edu.au

Forms are also available in hard copy from the College office.
▪️ Conveyance Allowance Program (Bus Travel)
This allowance is payable to families who reside more than 4.8km from the College or their nearest free bus service. The College will apply for this allowance on your behalf.
The process is as follows:
New families in 2025 or families claiming Conveyance Allowance for the first time Please complete the Conveyance Allowance Form (available at the office).
Families who received a Conveyance Allowance in 2024
Only complete a form if there has been a change of address.

A Conveyance Allowance Consent form is also available as an attachment to the 2025 Fees and Levies Information pack. This form is the authority to provide consent for the Conveyance Allowance payment to be allocated to the fee account.
