STUDENT WELLBEING

LHS Wellbeing Team

The holiday season can often bring about a range of emotions, including stress, anxiety, and loneliness, which can be overwhelming at times.

It is important to recognise that you are not alone in feeling this way, and there are people and resources available to help you navigate these challenging feelings.

Engaging in open conversations about your struggles can lead to greater understanding and support. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and taking care of your mental well-being is crucial for enjoying the festive season.
