Harmony Day

We are excited to announce that Friday, 21st March, will be celebrated as Harmony Day at our school! Harmony Day is a special occasion where we come together to acknowledge and celebrate the cultural diversity within our school and broader community. It’s a day to reflect on the values of inclusion, respect and understanding. Recognising that everyone belongs, regardless of their background.
This year, we are encouraging students and staff to wear orange, the colour of Harmony Day, or their cultural costumes to showcase the rich diversity that makes our community unique. To add to the celebrations, we will also be having a parade where students can proudly share their heritage with their peers, highlighting the many cultures that make up our school.
Let’s celebrate our differences and promote unity, kindness and acceptance, making our school a place where everyone feels valued and supported. We look forward to a day full of positive celebrations and learning experiences.
Be sure to look out for our next newsletter where we will share photos from this wonderful day.
