This week at OSHC- 

Our Minecraft cube race was a blast, Archer won with a build count of 37 in 15 minutes, woo! This week we explored technology and sustainability, children were engaging in our book about Ella the turtle that has QR codes which we scanned together to learn about her and we made working fans that worked in the sun through solar power for our STEM Friday program along with many other mixed activities always available to children! 

Next week at OSHC- 

We are exploring marine life and pollution, children will explore a range of science, art and hands on learning through play experiences together. We started looking at a book about Ella the turtle and learnt about the cairns turtle rehabilitation center in QLD, we then created our own with our plush toy Ella the turtle in the home corner for role-play fun! I cant wait to share some of our experiences around helping our marine life and community with families soon.
