Ms Murray's Adventures

For a two week period Ms Murray hit the road with Sea Shepherd to help the Dhimurru Land and Sea Rangers collect rubbish off East Arnhem Land beaches which belong to the Yolngu people's. 

Dhimurru Land and Sea Rangers and Sea Shepherd volunteer's managed to pick up over 11tonnes of rubbish minimising the effect of Marine Debris on Sea creatures such as the Flat - Back and Green Turtle which are endangered. 

Sea Shepherd works in collaboration with our First Nation's people's to protect marine life underpinning value of the LAUDATO SI - Caring for our Common Home...

It was an amazing experience and so rewarding to see turtles laying their eggs on a clean beach.
