Year 10 students created, facilitated and participated in a range of wellbeing activities in SELF recently. Students were encouraged to work as part of a team​ and contribute to a positive learning environment​ to support mental health and wellbeing. Many students led activities with confidence and enthusiasm, encouraging participation from their peers and teachers. Activities included stress ball making, biscuit decorating, kicking the footy, games, origami and mindfulness colouring. Students had the opportunity to contribute to a whole cohort chain of comments to reflect on the lesson. Many significant conversations were had and hopefully will continue into the future.
