Documentation

It is of utmost importance that the school is provided with up-to-date contact information. If you have moved house or changed phone numbers, please come to the school office, and fill out a Change of Details form, so we can contact you in case of an emergency. 

Medication

Occasionally students require medication to be administered while they are at school. To administer medication to students, a Medication Authority form from the school office, needs to be completed with instructions and a parent's signature. All medication must be in original packaging, with an expiry date intact. 

Ambulance Cover 

A reminder, in the event of a medical emergency, either by accident/injury or illness, the school will call an ambulance. Please ensure your child is covered by ambulance cover if you do not have a Health Care Card. Any costs incurred for an ambulance are the responsibility of the respective parents/guardians.

Compass

Most of our school communication comes through Compass which can be accessed through the App on your phone or on your computer.

Our Office team are happy to help you with accessing Compass if you need support. You will be given a username, and temporary password. Once logged in, you will be able to report your child’s absence, and access student reports and the school newsletter. Staff also engage with the school community by sending out reminders and school activities.
