Leadership Camp

Last week 29 student leaders from year 8 to year 12 attended our Leadership Camp at Phillip Island Adventure Resort.  The group participated in canoeing, archery, tandem flying fox, giant swing and team building activities.  Brendon Bolton, Head of Leadership and Culture at Collingwood shared his stories about leadership (via zoom) to spark their imagination. Set on beautiful grounds not far from Smiths Beach, students were able to get to know each other and share ideas on how they can positively impact Western Heights College. The group had a fantastic time; lots of laughs, building friendships and winning the morning with an early run.  We can’t wait to see what these bright young people bring to our school.
