What an Amazing Term It's Been!

This term has been jam packed with exciting events and achievements. Our students have been busy with swimming lessons, exploring our new school values, and contributing to the development of our behaviour matrix. We’ve also had a fantastic House Colours Day, an engaging Maths Open Morning, and successful Parent-Teacher Interviews, just to name a few highlights.

It’s been a term full of lots of learning for student and teachers. Enjoy the well-deserved break, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for an exciting Term 3.

Our continued focus on the Behaviour Matrix

Over the past few weeks, we’ve focused on unpacking our three new school values. Students have already explored the concepts of Respect and Responsibility. This week, we’re discussing the final value, Teamwork and students have been involved in a variety of activities.

Now that we’ve covered all three values, we’re beginning to incorporate this language into our daily conversations with students, reinforcing these important values throughout the school.

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to take a moment to review our Behaviour Matrix at home. This document outlines the expected behaviours in each area of the school, aligned with our core values.

Reading Achievements

Congratulations to all the students who have achieved 25 and 75 nights of reading at home. I look forward to seeing more students across the whole school reach this milestone, especially in the middle and senior grades next term.
