🥪 What to Put in a Healthy Lunchbox
Try to include something from each group:

Snacks and drinks with a lot of sugar (like lollies, chips, juice or soft drink) can make children feel tired or cranky later. 💧 Water is the best drink for school. Encourage children to bring a water bottle and refill it during the day.
