Hockey
It has been a huge couple of months in hockey for some of our talented students! 🏑
During the holidays, three of our students proudly represented Hockey New England at the U14 State Championships in Taree. Congratulations to Chase, Liam and Josh, who performed exceptionally well and showed great dedication and effort throughout the competition, especially in the challenging hot conditions.
Earlier in April, Tilly and Tyler travelled to Hobart to compete at the national level. Tyler proudly represented NSW Blues, finishing 8th overall, while Tilly represented NSW State, helping her team secure a National Silver Medal. Tilly was also named Player of the Match by Queensland in the Grand Final — an incredible achievement!
More recently, Elsie, Tilly, Pippi and Tyler travelled to Taree to compete at the NSWCCC Hockey Trials. All four students played exceptionally well and represented themselves and the school with pride.
A special congratulations to Tilly, who was selected to compete in the upcoming Tri Series in May. What an outstanding achievement!
We are incredibly proud of all of these students and their dedication, sportsmanship and success both on and off the field. Congratulations everyone! 👏
Basketball
On Tuesday 5 May, the Under 16 basketball team played outstanding basketball , winning all of their games to be crowned champions. The players consistently demonstrated excellent teamwork, determination and sportsmanship, representing the school with pride both on and off the court.
