We were very pleased to welcome to College this week two large groups of students for the Year 8-12 2025 Boarding Trial, and Vibe day for 2025 Year 7 students. 

We had students from Port Fairy, Warrnambool, Portland, Southeast SA, Warracknabeal, Horsham, Menindee, and Melbourne. Our students and staff gave them a characteristically warm College welcome as they respectively tried out life in the boarding house and took part in a range of fun activities for Vibe day. Our prospective Year 7 group tried their hands at cooking on trangias for Outdoor Ed, cooking in a real kitchen for Food Technology, working with our music students to make some beautiful music of their own, as well as doing Science, Technologies, Art , PE and performance poetry activities. I hope that they left tired but happy, and excited about the possibilities and opportunities on offer for Year 7 next year. 

Term Two finishes tomorrow at 3:30pm, and I wish all College families a restful and restorative break for the upcoming three weeks. Students will return for Term Three on Tuesday 16 July.
