We were made aware of some issues with the Xuno app this week. Thank you for letting us know. These issues are normally as a result of an upgrade and the advice from Xuno support are to try the following before lodging a request.
- Clear out of the app completely
- Check for upgrades of the app
- Log out and log back in
- Uninstall the app and reinstall
- Contact office to reset your password if none of the above work.
Unfortunately most of the issues are in an update and like many apps, there can be issues.
