On the mornings of Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th June, the Principles of Hospitality classes A and B demonstrated their culinary prowess and heartfelt appreciation of their teachers and friends through two special morning tea events.  

 

The process began with thorough investigation as the students delved into what makes a perfect morning tea experience. They researched various recipes, explored dietary preferences, and meticulously planned every detail to ensure a delightful spread. From savory bites to sweet treats, every element was carefully considered to cater to diverse tastes and preferences. 

 

Next came the design phase, where creativity flourished. Students brainstormed ideas, sketched out their vision, and collaborated on the menu and presentation. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, they transformed their ideas into reality, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and culinary excellence. 

 

The production phase was a testament to their dedication and cooking skills. Working together seamlessly, the students prepared a spread that not only tantalized taste buds but also showcased their hard work and commitment to excellence. From baking to plating, each step showed care and attention to detail. 

 

This morning tea was more than just a culinary endeavour; it was a heartfelt tribute from students to show gratitude to teachers and friends who have made a significant contribution to them during their schooling journey.
