Book Week Performance

On Tuesday, our school came alive with a magical Book Week performance. Students were completely engaged as they followed Jess and George’s exciting adventure, filled with teamwork, problem-solving, and surprises. It was fantastic to hear feedback from the performers saying our students were so attentive and engaged.

Next week, we’ll have our Book Week Dress-Up and Parade on Thursday, 21st August. Students are warmly encouraged to dress as their favourite book characters and especially to draw inspiration from our Book Week theme, Book an Adventure!

Class Libraries  

We have exciting news, our class libraries have been updated this week with all the shortlisted books from this year’s Book Week. This collection of Australian authors is a wonderful addition to our class libraries. Students will now be able to enjoy these stories as part of our daily reading collections. Below are some photos if you’re interested in sourcing these books to add to your own collection at home.
