Year 10 students will be attending the BLA Careers Expo on Thursday. The parent permission slip has been sent through Parent Slips. Please check your emails and ensure it is completed so your child can attend.
Now that students have completed their SET plans, they need to finalise the process by printing their subject selections. The student, parent/carer, and Pastoral Mentor must sign this paperwork. Please follow up with your child to ensure these are signed and submitted by early next week.
An email was sent out last week inviting all students interested in the FULL VET program to complete an Expression of Interest form. This form serves as the application for students who wish to enter the FULL VET program.
This program features regular schooling on Monday through Wednesday, and on Thursday or Friday, students will attend either a work placement or a full-day certificate course.
Students can either email the returned form or hand it straight to reception at the Trade Training Centre. Students are advised to return this form as quickly as possible. Once forms have been processed, TTC will be in touch via phone to arrange a VET interview. Like SET plans, parents/carers will be expected to be present. Interviews will last approximately 15 minutes.

You may need to bring both your Formal and Sports Uniforms, depending on the photos you are in. Students listed as wearing only a Sports Uniform may wear it for the entire day.
Please ensure you meet the College’s expectations regarding personal grooming. Students who do not meet these expectations will be ineligible to participate in the photo.
