KLA Feature - Year 8

Last Friday, our Year 8 students took part in the Subject Selection process, bringing a buzz of excitement to their learning journey. They attended a series of subject talks designed to help them reflect on what they enjoy, where their strengths lie, and which subjects they have previously found success in.

We hope these sessions sparked meaningful conversations at home, giving you the chance to support your daughter as she explores her future interests.

We encourage students to make choices based on their own passions and strengths, rather than being influenced by friends’ selections. Over the next two years, these subjects may connect to potential career pathways or simply allow students to immerse themselves in topics they find genuinely engaging.

When students choose subjects that interest and inspire them, they are more likely to take ownership of their learning and commit fully to the requirements of their chosen courses.

We look forward to seeing students continue their rich learning journey while building lasting friendships along the way.
