Some Apps to assist your Daughter’s Wellbeing 

Black Dog Institute has recently launched a new app called Clearly Me for Teens. The app is aimed at supporting teenagers who are experiencing a hard time. This can include feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. The app provides strategies to assist in managing various emotions and offers support in numerous ways.
