Hello Foundation Families!
This week in Guided Inquiry, foundation went on a virtual trip to The Great Barrier Reef and learned about the importance of looking after the waterways. In Play Based Learning, students were excited to locate The Great Barrier Reef and our previous destinations such as The 12 Apostles on a big puzzle of Australia. We have many more destinations around Australia to explore. If you have any photos of students visiting different places in Australia, we would love to see them. Please send them to your classroom teacher.
As it was Science week, we explored some Science activities in Play Based Learning. Students explored colours with the light board, used droppers to make water experiments, and made dinosaur imprint fossils in magic sand. They were also very lucky to meet some animals in the science incursion.
Kind Regards,
Tegan, Emma and Ash
