School Captain's Report 

Welcome to the School Captains Report for this week. 

It has been a fun fortnight. Some things we have been excited about have been sport, Jump Rope for Heart planning, School Concert Practice and playing with our friends at break times.

In the Preps, they have been counting to 100 and learning about penguins. In Specialists, they have been making owls, learning to listen and jumping over hurdles and bowling balls and have also been learning about the Indonesian flag.

The Juniors have been making sentence starters without the same words and doing summaries, and in math they have been learning measurements. In the Specialists, they have been making clay sculptures and skipping.

Meanwhile, the Middles have been writing about different perspectives and have been doing addition and subtraction, using the vertical model. They also have been making clay sculptures, reading music and playing speed ball.

The Seniors have been reading 'Gathering Blue' and writing procedural texts. In Specialists they have been reading and playing music and drawing charcoal paintings.

Upcoming dates: 9/9/25 Division Athletics, 18/9/25 Basketball District Lightning Prem, 19/9/25 Footy Colours Day, 14/9/25 Jump Off Day.
