PFA Meeting Wrap

The PFA met this past Tuesday to discuss all the exciting events we have lined up. Can you believe we're already halfway through the year? But don’t worry, there's still plenty of fun ahead!

• We're thrilled to announce the PFA is contributing money raised towards the new playground, promising joyful playtimes for years to come.
• Parent Social Night is BACK! Mark your calendars for Friday, August 16th. Tickets for another epic Comedy Night at the Thornbury Theatre will be on sale soon. Check out more details on the next page.
• The Newlands Kids Readathon is returning for Book Week! 📚 You'll hear more about it soon. This year, we’re offering both physical and online donation options, with all funds supporting our library.
• Join us on Tuesday 30th July, Tuesday 20th August and Friday 6th September from 9am - 10am in the Staff Room for a casual parent morning tea. We'd love to see as many parents there as can make it to forge stronger connections within our school community, and get together for a cuppa and a chat. 
• The Fete planning team has been hard at work! Get ready for exciting activities, fantastic bands, and delicious food in November. 🎪
• 🥭 By popular demand, mangoes are making a triumphant return this year. Stay tuned for more mango updates in the coming months.
