Materials and Services Charges
Thank you to all families who have paid their 2025 Materials and Services Charges. For those that are yet to pay, this is a friendly reminder that they are now overdue. Please arrange to make payment as soon as possible either via our online payment platform Qkr!, or by contacting the Finance Office during school hours.
If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your charges, you may be eligible for government assistance through the School Card scheme. If you are not eligible for School Card assistance, please contact the Finance Office to discuss how we can assist.

Lions Club of Aberfoyle and Districts scholarship: supporting future leaders
The Lions Club of Aberfoyle and Districts Incorporated is pleased to announce the John Jenner Scholarship Program for 2026.
This initiative honours the outstanding service and contributions of Life Member John Jenner by supporting senior secondary students as they embark on their tertiary education journey.
About the scholarship
The John Jenner Scholarship is designed to both recognise and assist students who have shown dedication and commitment throughout their secondary studies. The program is open to students who will complete year 12, or 13, in 2025 and are committed to commencing a nationally accredited tertiary course in 2026.
Key suburbs included in The Lions Club's service area are Aberfoyle Park, Chandlers Hill, Clarendon, Coromandel Valley, Craigburn Farm, Flagstaff Hill, Happy Valley, O’Halloran Hill and Reynella East.
Scholarship details
- Value: $3,000 in total, $1,000 per year for up to three consecutive years of study
- Eligibility: Completion of year 12, or 13, in 2025 at a school within Aberfoyle and Districts’ service area and commencement of a tertiary course in 2026
- Conditions: Scholarship continuation is contingent on satisfactory completion of each academic year; in the event studies are discontinued, pro-rata reimbursement may be required
- Other scholarships: Holding another scholarship does not exclude a student from applying
- Confidential applications: Applications will be treated confidentially and will be returned upon request
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview with a panel and all decisions made by The Club are final.

Who can join?
You may be eligible if you:
- Are 18 years or over
- Have a child at school, starting school next year, or are studying yourself
- Hold a current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card
- Receive an eligible Commonwealth social security payment (many Centrelink payments apply—please check with your local Coordinator for details)
- Have regular other income (either yourself or your partner)
