Wellbeing

Welcome back to Term 4!
It’s hard to believe we’re already in the final stretch of the year. This term is always full of excitement — special events, celebrations, and lots of learning still to come — but it’s also a great time to slow down, reconnect, and focus on the positive things happening across our school.
This term, we’ll be doing lots of work on our School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) approach. SWPBS helps us build a consistent, positive culture where everyone understands what it looks like to live our school values every day. It’s about noticing the good things students are doing, celebrating success, and helping them learn from challenges in a supportive way.
Wellbeing Tip for the Week – Small Moments, Big Impact
Take a few minutes each day to check in with your child about their day — ask what made them proud, curious, or kind. Research shows that small, positive conversations help build emotional awareness and strengthen parent–child connection.
