A number of our secondary music students were invited to perform at the recent Teachers Matters Science of Learning National Summit in Hobart, held at Wrest Point. Performing outside of the classroom is a wonderful experience for our students, giving them confidence in performing live in front of a different audience other than their peers.

YARC Market + YARC Live = YARC FEST

YARC FEST is where creativity thrives, inspiring each of us to explore new realms of expression, connection and acceptance. YARC FEST is an event run by the City of Hobart celebration of Youth Week Tasmania. Youth Week is a unique platform to display talents, skills, views, and ideas, as well as provide opportunities to actively participate in events while celebrating being a young Tasmanian.

YARC Live gives opportunity for young artists (aged 12-25 years) to perform exclusively to their peers in an incredibly supportive, safe, accessible, and inclusive environment.
