Gym Equipment

Glen Eira College was fortunate to receive $9,903 from the fundraising through GECPA. With the funds, we were able to purchase brand new gym equipment including a Smith machine, rowing machine, exercise bike, resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. The equipment will be a valuable learning tool for students studying VCE physical education and health and physical education electives in Years 10-12, as topics such as biomechanics, prescription of training programs, anatomical movements and the muscles and bones of the human body can now be applied practically. We are very appreciative of the donation and look forward to putting the equipment to good use.
