Uniform Sub-Committee

We are excited to resume our Uniform Sub-Committee 2024. We are looking for new members who would like to voice your views and make a difference for the school community. The School Uniform Sub-Committee comprises of students, staff and parents and is dedicated to reviewing a standardised dress code for our students.

The Committee makes recommendations to school council about the uniform policy. Over the last two years the committee has contributed to the introduction of puffer jackets and a new school hat.

We understand that a unified appearance fosters a sense of pride, equality, and discipline among our students. By implementing a school uniform policy, we aim to promote a culture of respect, focus, and inclusivity within our school community. As such, this Committee provides an opportunity for our students, parents and staff to express their ideas on uniform in order to enhance a sense of belonging.

We extend a warm invitation to all members of our school community to participate in this first meeting of 2024. Your input, feedback, and engagement are vital as we collaborate to review our school uniform policy. The meeting details are as follows:

Date: Tuesday 23rd April

Time: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Location: GEC Conference Room

Please email chizuko.inoue@education.vic.gov.au if you are interested in participating in this meeting or have questions about this committee.

I look forward to hearing from you.
