Neurodiveristy Week
The Wellbeing team led the celebrations of Neurodiversity Week during 18th - 22nd March. Our student wellbeing leaders and friends created an amazing presentation for staff on how they can better understand and support our neurodiverse community in and out of the classroom.
The GEC Community was very lucky to have the wonderful Tal Spinrad, educator/storyteller and the Kulanu Project Manager for The United Jewish Education Board, run a session on Neurodiversity for our GEC parents.
The Wellbeing team and GEC community will continue to advocate and educate around the importance of inclusion and understanding of inclusion during April, which is Autism Awareness Month.
