Easter Raffle

Secondhand Uniform & Lost Property 

The Term 2 Secondhand Uniform Sale and Donation Day will be held on Friday 2 May from 3pm to 3.45pm at the Stadium. 

The upcoming school holidays may be a great opportunity to go through your uniform to check for any items of good quality, clean, with the current EHPS logo uniform (PSW or Spartan School World brands) that you no longer require - donations will be gratefully received on 2nd May. Please remember to remove or cross out your child's name before donating, and only donate at the time and date specified as we're parent volunteers who manage this for our school (organise a friend to deliver on your behalf if you can't bring your items between 3pm and 3.45pm on Friday). The sale of donations are a fundraiser for our school.

Mother’s Day Treat and Stall – volunteers needed!

Our annual Mother’s Day Treat, raffle and Stall are coming up, and we need volunteers to help the smooth running of these exciting events! This year, both events will be held on Friday 9 May.

Please see links below for further details on each event and to sign up. Whether you are Dad, Grandpa, Mum, Grandma, or a special loved one, we’d love to have you! Please ensure that you have a valid Working with Children Check before signing up (if it's your first time volunteering at school).

Mother’s Day Treat 

Our annual Mother’s Day Treat and raffle draw is coming up! We need volunteers to help create a warm and friendly treat for our beloved Mums, Grandmas and loved ones. Tasks include handing out breakfast treats, creating a great atmosphere, and general tidying. Whether you are Dad, Grandpa, Mum, Grandma, or a special loved one, we’d love to have you!

Mother’s Day Stall

We are excited to announce that our annual Mother's Day Stall is coming up, and we need your help to make it a success!

We're looking for parent and special persons volunteers to assist with:

  • Setting up the stall (night before - Thursday 8 May)
  • Helping students select gifts
  • Managing sales and payments
  • Restocking items
  • General supervision
  • Packing up

It's a wonderful way to support the school and see the students excitement as they choose perfect gifts for their loved ones. We'd love to have you join us!

PFC Meeting

Our first PFC Meeting for Term 2 will be held in person at school on Thursday 1 May at 7.30pm in the Staff Room (enter via Office reception). All welcome to attend. 

Ritchie’s IGA Loyalty Program

Our school is part of the Ritchies Community Benefit Program (RCBP). EHPS received $17.82 from the RCBP in March. 

If you shop at a Ritchies IGA (the local store is in Mount Waverley) and are a member of their loyalty program, please support EHPS by choosing our school as your nominated beneficiary. Each month we receive 0.5% of purchases made by customers who have selected our school each month. Please encourage family and friends who also shop at IGA to support EHPS.
