HICES Football Team Achieves Outstanding Second Place
On Friday, 21 March 2025, the Kinross Wolaroi Junior School HICES Football team delivered an outstanding performance at the HICES Football competition, held at Blue Mountains Grammar School. Competing against strong teams from independent schools across the state, our students showcased exceptional skill, teamwork, and determination to secure second place in the highly competitive tournament.
The HICES Football competition challenges students to demonstrate technical ability, tactical awareness, and sportsmanship in a demanding match environment. The Kinross Wolaroi Junior School team played with great enthusiasm and resilience, executing well-structured plays and working cohesively as a unit. Their impressive performance throughout the tournament was a reflection of their preparation, commitment, and strong team spirit.
Congratulations to all the students who represented the School with pride and determination. Their hard work, perseverance, and passion for the game were evident in every match, and their achievement is a testament to their dedication and teamwork.
