Student of the Week

Visual Arts - Jershon 6A (Be Respectful) Jershon was engaged and interested in our new photography unit. He showed immense respect with his iPad usage, behaviour whilst outside and his attentiveness during the lesson.  He took some awesome photos too!  Well done  and congratulations Jershon!

Performing Arts - Hildana 5B (Be a learner) for her outstanding effort and consistency in enthusiasm during Performing Arts lessons. Hildana’s eager eye in clubs is evident as she displayed pride while playing percussive rhythms. Well done!

Chinese - Augustine 3A (Be a Learner) for demonstrating respect and resilience during Chinese class during whole class discussion and taking pride in the presentation of his work. Well done Augustine. 

 

6A - Isaac (Be Respectful) for being a responsible and active helper around the classroom. Isaac, you have such a beautiful,  caring nature and are a trusted member of our class. You are a superstar Isaac - well done! 

6B - Justin (Be a Learner) Justin consistently applies himself in all areas of his learning and actively supports his peers in theirs. Well done!

6C - Abdul Abdul consistently goes above and beyond to support his peers in class. He takes initiative by helping tidy the workspace, including taking rubbish to the bin for his table, and he demonstrates genuine respect towards his teachers, classmates and learning environment. Well done and keep up the fantastic effort!

 

5A - Abigail (Be Respectful) for being a respectful student at all times in the classroom, assisting others when needed with a smile. Well done Abigail, what an awesome attitude to demonstrate. Thank you for being such a kind student. Well done.

5B - Sidak (Be a Learner) for being an active participant in all lessons and putting in a high level of effort for all learning tasks. She takes on all feedback to improve her work and demonstrates a great work ethic. Well done, Sidak!

5C - Alessio (Be a Learner) for completing all the home work tasks for this week and being very focused on his classroom learning. Fantastic start Alessio. Well done.

 

4A - Richy (Be a learner) for placing effort into using strategies that help him learn. He took steps independently to make sure he was setting himself up for learning success! Well done Richy! Keep it up!

4B - Coen for his amazing start to Grade 4 this term. He is focused, keen and enthusiastic and consistently contributes to class discussions. He embraces challenges with a positive attitude and always strives to do his best. You should be very proud of yourself, Coen!

4C - Daniel (Be a Learner) This award is for consistently showing resilience and enthusiasm in his learning. Daniel has engaged with all tasks and come into year 4 ready to learn! Go, Daniel!

 

3A - Emily (Be a Learner) for showing pride in her learning by actively engaging in learning tasks and contributing her ideas during whole class discussions. Well done Emily, keep it up!

3B - Hunter (Be a Learner) for always participating in classroom discussions and sharing your amazing ideas and opinions. You have been a role model to the rest of the class as you are always demonstrating whole body listening and engaging with discussions. You are an amazing addition to 3B! Keep up the fantastic work, Hunter!

 

2A-  Norwayne (Be a Learner) for showing great focus and commitment when completing her work. She worked efficiently to ensure her work was completed to a high standard. Confidently taking on learning challenges! Keep up the great work, Norwayne!

2B - Vanesa (Be a Learner) for approaching her learning with a positive attitude and  always striving to do her very best in every task.  Keep up the great effort Vanesa!

 

1A -  Amari (Be a Learner) for demonstrating excellent learning behaviour. She listens carefully, participates in class discussions, confidently answers questions, and stays focused on her work.Congratulations on being a wonderful learner! 🌟

1B - Estella (Be a Learner) for her fantastic effort in writing this week. She has been working hard to write neatly on the lines and has shown great focus during writing time. She also created a narrative with characters, a setting, a problem, and a solution. Well done on the amazing work, Estella!

1C-  Harris (Be a Learner) This award is for his positive attitude and enthusiasm towards all learning tasks. Well done Harris!

 

FA - Claudia (Be a Learner) has been developing her confidence to join in with her new class and take part in new learning tasks. She is also beginning to ask for help when she needs it, which is wonderful to see. Well done Claudia!

FB - Angela (Be a Learner)  has settled very quickly into school routines and should be very proud of herself. She is already displaying whole body listening during learning time and working well with the other students in her class. Angela has made a wonderful start in Foundation!

FC - Ethan (Be a Learner) Ethan has made excellent choices since starting school. He is the first to listen and follow instructions and shows whole body listening during learning time. Keep up the great work Ethan, I am very proud of your efforts.

 

 

Highlighted Students

Lower Primary: FA - Claudia (Be a Learner) has been developing her confidence to join in with her new class and take part in new learning tasks. She is also beginning to ask for help when she needs it, which is wonderful to see. Well done Claudia!
