Here is a snapshot of Term 1 sport at Our Lady Star of the Sea Miranda.

This term, several students proudly represented our school at the Conference Swimming Carnival. They performed well, competing with determination and enthusiasm against students from other schools. Congratulations to all students who competed in the water. 

The Football trials for both boys and girls were last week, followed by Netball and Rugby League trials earlier this week. Our students demonstrated impressive skill, teamwork and sportsmanship while competing for selection in Sydney representative teams. They represented our school with pride and resilience and we commend all students who participated.

A special congratulations to the following students who were successful in progressing to the next stage of the Football trials:

Over the next couple of weeks there are more sport opportunities coming including:

• Touch Footy trials for Stage 3 for both girls and boys
• Cross Country 

• Interschool sport - Football (Year 4)
