Carlton Football Club Visits Grade 3/4 Students! ⭐
On Friday 6th February our Grade 3/4 students had an exciting visit from the Carlton Football Club! The players came to school to run a fun and interactive session where students practised their kicking skills, learning tips and techniques straight from the experts.
Students were eager to show off their footy skills, and the Carlton players were impressed with their enthusiasm and determination. Everyone had the chance to kick the ball, try new skills, and improve their accuracy and distance.
The students participated in a question and answer session, where they asked the players about training, teamwork, and their favourite moments in footy. It was inspiring for students to hear about the dedication and effort required to play at a professional level.
The visit was a fantastic opportunity for our students to engage with sports role models, build confidence, and learn new skills. It was an experience that encouraged teamwork, perseverance, and a love of the game!
Well done to all the Grade 3/4 students for their participation and enthusiasm, and a huge thank you to the Carlton Football Club for taking the time to visit us!
