CSEF 

(Camp, Sports and Excursion Fund)

Dear Parents / Guardians, 

CSEF ( Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund ) provides payments to assist eligible families to cover the costs of camps, sporting activities, and excursions. 

CSEF Eligibility 

Those that are eligible to apply for the CSEF are:

• families holding a valid means-tested concession card
• temporary foster parents

Please see the attached 2024 application form, alternatively, you can pick up an application form from the College Office.

Please note you will need to provide a copy of your healthcare card along with the application form.  

If your child previously had CSEF in the 2023 school year, you will not need to re-apply unless your healthcare card has expired or changed.

If you are unsure if you must re-apply, please don’t hesitate to contact the college on 03 9749 0246 or fill out another CSEF application form and drop this into the front office at your earliest convenience. 

Please note applications must be submitted by the 28th of June 2024. 

Late applications will not be accepted or eligible for funding.
