World Expo has begun!

During the last fortnight, the senior students have commenced their work on their World Expo projects, with work occuring in each Integrated lesson, throughout Term 2.

After starting the term with some basic geography lessons, students have formed groups and they have each selected a different country to study. So far groups have been designing maps of their chosen country (with the photos showing how the majority of students have traced their map!), and they have been studying about the landmarks of their lands, as well as starting to compile fact files.

Next week, there is a focus on foreign currencies and festivals, and it has been extremely impressive how detailed the work has been so far.
