Can you believe it? Term 1 has flown by, filled with enriching activities and notable achievements.

Reading 

Students immersed themselves in reading, mastering strategies like Making Connections and Question-Answer Techniques, fostering a love for literature.

Writing 

From narrative structures to persuasive techniques, students delved into crafting compelling texts with sizzling starts and persuasive devices.

NAPLAN 

Congratulations to Grade 3 for their commendable positivity and growth mindset during NAPLAN. We're proud of their resilience! 

Also, thank you to the grade 4s who acted as such positive role models and helped reassure their grade 3 classmates

Garden 

This term we explored permaculture principles, students focused on energy conservation and yield maximization in our garden program, set to continue in the upcoming terms.

Thank you to our regular volunteers; Deidre, Margaret, Lee, Robin and Hugh as well as the many other parent (and grandparent) helpers. We couldn't have done it without you!
