Ich liebe Deutsch

Inspired by the very traditional German Lebkuchenherzen (gingerbread hearts) found in Christmas markets and given to mark special celebration days, the theme of our German learning this year is Ich liebe Deutsch (I love German). What better symbol to express this than the Herz (heart). As part of our classroom preparation, students have been filling their paper Herzen with small drawings and German words to reflect their love of language learning at LNPS. Many are kleine Meisterwerke – mini masterpieces! These will be displayed in the Mellor and Languages Room windows for all students and parents to marvel at and enjoy.
