Facilities & Capital Works 

Capital Works: 

 New electronic locking system software issues have not been resolved yet but we are expecting a technician will attend on Friday to try and fix. Hopefully activation will not be much longer

Yaluk building  - ordering for new equipment for the building is happening this week. Staff who will be moving to the new building need to confirm with Denise that all their requirements (within the standard allocation of resources)  are covered.

Welcome back everyone. 

The artificial grass in playgrounds has been groomed over the holidays and all the sand has been removed. Can staff please continue the great work from 2023 and put the sand back in the sandpits after each playground break? If brooms and dustpans are needed please log this on Maintenance and they will be purchased.

Remember to log any jobs for Maintenance on SharePoint. This will enable Jacob and I to schedule the works and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
