2025 Fair and Open Day

Stalls needing coordinators 

Thank you to all the legends who've volunteered to coordinate a stand at the Fair next year. We so appreciate you pitching in to make this community event a wonderful day to remember! 

 

There are only four stalls left without a coordinator. They are: 

  • Jam Donuts
  • Jacket Potatoes
  • Plants
  • Sand Art

Please consider putting up your hand to make these stalls possible. It’s great fun to be part of and you will be well supported by the committee. You can sign up here. 

Fair Compliance Coordinator needed

We need a person or small team of people to help with a variety of safety and compliance tasks for the 2025 School Fair. It’s a really important role and one that can be done outside of normal working hours and in your own time. Plus, it’s a role well supported by our wonderful Maintenance Team and Fair Committee. 

 

Some of the tasks involved include:

  • Following up on missing Working With Children Checks for volunteers 
  • Relaying food safety requirements and online training for food stalls 
  • Providing input into a wet or extreme weather plan

Sponsor a ride at the Fair

If you'd like your name or business up in lights at the 2025 Fair, why not sponsor a ride? 

 

Opportunities exist for all rides at a variety of levels and the benefits are great. They include recognition in: 

  • Fair invitation delivered to local schools and surrounding neighbourhood
  • Fair real estate billboards displayed at School and local destinations
  • Fair program
  • PFA website
  • Fortnightly editions of In The Know
  • Signage at the entrance to the ride

Thanks to our 'jam and salsa lovers' for all your empty jars! Please keep them coming for the Jam and Relish Stall.
