Welcome Party 2024 🎉

The 2024 Welcome Party planning is well underway! The theme is "WELCOME (to your house!) PARTY" as we welcome in 4 new house teams for the future at Good Shepherd Para Vista.

Please save the date: Friday 23rd February, 2024 from 5:30pm on the school oval.

House Teams

The new school House Teams are go for 2024! Today, students received a badge letting them know which House Team they are in. Attached below are the House Logos – feel free to save them and use at home with your children. You might want to create a sign or clothing for this year’s Sports Day on Thursday 28th March!

Ordering through Lighthouse has not achieved what we as a school had hoped for these last two years and we will be reviewing the process for the start of the 2025 school year.

GFH (Growing Faith at Home)

Dear School Family,

Welcome to 2024! I pray that everyone is settling into their new learning environments and routines. Sometimes it can be hard to talk about God. You may wonder where to begin! You might think it is just easier to leave it to the ‘experts’ and let them handle it. 

I would like to use this space to share some resources from Grow Ministries that offer ideas to try at home.  They help to nurture faith and your connection with your children. Foundation students have/ will receive a ‘Beginning School’ resource when they visit with their teachers. We also have a ‘Back to School’ option for older students who are continuing their learning journey.
