Be. Mindful provides free online meditation and mindfulness classes dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of our vibrant and diverse community.
The aims are simple: Community connection, relaxation, and to provide you with a space to prepare for the day ahead or unwind and return to what’s left of you after a day of juggling!
