A message from our new Assistant Principal 

I am pleased to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Greensborough College, stepping into this role with a deep commitment to inclusion, diversity, and authentic learning. Over my 18-year career in education, I have had the privilege of working with students from a broad range of backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, which has profoundly shaped my understanding of how to meet individual student needs effectively.

My portfolio, which encompasses student engagement and wellbeing, creating a positive climate for learning, fostering student voice and agency, and overseeing our facilities, is driven by a vision where every student is healthy, happy, achieving, and making a difference in their community. This vision aligns with our school values of courage, aspiration, respect, and equality (CARE). I hope to contribute and build on the existing caring culture at Greensborough College.

My ambition for the students of Greensborough College is to foster an environment where educational excellence and equity are not just ideals, but realities experienced by every student. I am committed to working collaboratively with parents and carers to initiate and lead efforts that significantly enhance our students' learning experiences. It is my hope that through these efforts, every student will see and reach their full potential, guided by our CARE values. This commitment is not just about academic achievements; it's about nurturing well-rounded individuals who are prepared to make meaningful contributions to their community and the world at large. 

As I join the Greensborough College community, I am eager to contribute to and build on the remarkable work already being done here. Together, I am confident we can create an enriching, dynamic learning environment where all students thrive and achieve their fullest potential.
