From the Principal

GSG are National and State title winners!

It is with great excitement I share with community the extraordinary achievement of our Year Ten Hospitality students.

Last week, they received the National title in the HEIA (Home Economic Institute of Australia Inc.) McCormick® Flavour Forecast® recipe challenge 2024.  They delivered three outstanding dishes.

Congratulations to our wonderful students and Mrs Teresa McAllister, Head of Technologies, for her leadership, mentorship and encouragement of our young people.

Please find the link to the media release and images of the final dishes. It is worth a look!
