Swimming

Our Year 3 and 4 students have thoroughly enjoyed their first week of swimming at the Danny Frawley Centre. They have demonstrated remarkable resilience, both in their swimming sessions and in seamlessly returning to their academic studies at school. It has been amazing to see their swimming skills at the pool and watch as they have fun learning new swimming strokes and safety in the water.

Topic

We have continued our Makey Makey lessons, where students are exploring various online games they can control using their Makey Makey kits. In the coming weeks, we will begin exploring SCRATCH, a programming platform that allows students to create and code their own games.

Testing

Congratulations to all students who worked hard to complete all of their testing over the last two weeks, everyone worked extremely hard.

As we approach the final weeks of the school year, please remember that this is an especially busy period, with testing and the completion of literacy and mathematics units. Ensuring that your child has restful, early nights will help them stay prepared and focused for the significant learning taking place in the coming weeks.
