Team Kids Update

Meet our new Team Kids Director of Service

My name is Jacqui Ray and I am the new Director of Service for TeamKids, here at St Kilda Park. I have 13 years experience in childcare settings including being a room leader, Assistant Director and working in kindergarten settings. 

Before that, I spent time nannying and working in retail management in London, USA and Australia. I live in Bayside and you will find me most days taking walks along the beach. 

I believe in building strong relationships with families, the children and working closely with the school community. In my work I strive to make a difference in each child's life, guiding children as they explore the world around them with curiosity and confidence.

My philosophy emphasises open communication and teamwork, not only with colleagues but all families. I am always available to connect with you, share insights, answer questions; so together we can provide the best support for your child at TeamKids.
