It has been a busy first couple of weeks for our bands in Term 4!
Band Info Night
It was amazing to see so many Roselea families attend our Band Information Night on Tuesday 17th to learn about Roselea’s band program and try out some instruments. It was a wonderful night with excited potential new Roselea Band members!!! A huge thank you to all our current Band members who came to help out!
For all the families who attended, thank you for your patience as the band director and committee work hard to allocate instruments for the 2024 Training Band. We will be in touch soon with your child's Offer to Band 2024!!

Big Sunday
RPS bands had the opportunity to provide some exciting entertainment for BIG Sunday on 22nd October @ Carlingford High School. We hope all the band students enjoyed performing, and managed to join in all the fun free activities that were provided by C3 Church Carlingford. Thanks to our Band parents for volunteering your time at the BBQ. Thanks everyone for a wonderful day.
Hornsby North Band Festival
Yesterday our Training, Junior, and Concert Bands all performed at the 2023 Hornsby North Band Festival. Congratulations to Jacinta and all three RPS Bands for receiving a Distinction each for their performances. It was another amazing day of music. Thanks again to our band director, and all our hard working band students and their families. We appreciate all the effort everyone puts in every week to get such wonderful results. Congratulations!

Volunteers Needed
The RPS Band Program is run by parent volunteers and we have a few key volunteers leaving in December this year. We would love more people to be involved with the Band Committee to keep the program running smoothly.
