Years 7 and 8 Recital Nights

Families and friends are invited to join us for the upcoming Year 7 and 8 Recital Nights! Featuring musicians from the Year 7 and 8 cohorts, these concert are not to be missed!

Christmas Concert

Students from both Primary and Secondary are busily preparing for the annual Christmas Concert! With preshow entertainment commencing at 4:30pm on Friday 24 November, the Christmas Concert will feature performances and sing-along carols from Year 5 Band, Year 6 Band, Treble Choir, Senior Voices, Barbershop, Mini Minors, String Orchestra, Primary Singers, Wanju Voices, Year 8/9 Rock Band and Small Combo – a Christmas celebration to end the year! Families are invited to bring a picnic, blankets and chairs for this festive, outdoors concert – and be prepared to sing along!

 

Details on venue, marshalling times and areas, and a schedule for the afternoon will be confirmed during the week and sent to families via SEQTA. Please contact ensemble directors and the Music Department with any queries.

Year 9 Musical

Parents, family and friends are invited to the Year 9 Musical – Oliver! - on Friday 1 December. Commencing at 7pm in Roncalli Hall, Consider Yourself at home with Oliver, Dodger, Fagin, the dastardly Bill Sykes and a singing, dancing chorus of orphans and street urchins, as they Pick A Pocket Or Two in a mini-version of the much-loved musical. Withdrawals and Applications for 2024

Please note the following details pertaining to enrolments and withdrawals from instrumental and vocal lessons at the College. Further details are available in the Music Handbook or through the Music Office.

  • Current enrolments automatically renew for 2024 unless an application to withdraw is submitted. These forms can be submitted throughout Term 4 and until the end of Week 1, Term 1, when enrolments are confirmed for the semester.
     
  • New applications for lessons can be submitted throughout Term 4 and the holiday period. Applications received before the end of Term 4 will be scheduled to commence to start Term 1, while holiday applications will be processed to start depending on tutor availability.
