Attendance- Parent Approvals

PARENT APPROVALS FOR UNEXPLAINED ABSENCES REQUIRED BY 10TH DECEMBER

Dear Parent(s) & Guardians,

This is a friendly reminder that any unexplained absences will need to have parent approval entered by Sunday 10th December.

This is to ensure the data is up to date before being sent to Dept of Education for annual reporting.

Approvals can be entered using your Compass Parent Portal or via email to absences@jmss.vic.edu.au

***Please note if the student was NOT absent i.e. marked incorrectly or attending a program elsewhere e.g. music lesson, meeting etc. please DO NOT enter an approval.

Instead send an email to absences@jmss.vic.edu.au so the attendance records can be updated accordingly.
