EXPERT ART
Jemma- Visual Arts Captain
Expert Art is a small group of Year 3 students who have been identified as achieving an exceptionally high level in Visual Arts. They attend during lunch play time on Fridays.
They are currently working on producing more complex clay sculptures, mastering the skills required to challenge themselves.
Here are a few thoughts from some club members:
"I love using clay! It’s really fun to play with." -Candice
"I like drawing realistic art, like people and faces." -Sanvi.
"Expert Art isn’t just about art, you can also make new friends!" -Axel
"We challenge ourselves!" -James
As you can see, the people in Expert Art really enjoy what they do. Work hard in art and maybe one day, you’ll be in Expert Art too!
ANIMATION CLUB
Seb- Visual Arts Captain
The Animation Club is hosted by Rochelle at lunchtime every Thursday, aiding students to learn the art of animation and creative storytelling, as well as growing their confidence!
In the Animation Club, many students are expressing themselves in creative ways. Some have chosen to make comics that have spooky ghost stories and exciting adventurous tales, showcasing their imaginations and willingness to think outside the box.
If you are in Year 3, 4, 5 or 6 and are prepared to attend every week, feel free to pop down to Animation Club. Your book may end up in the school library!
