Food Technology

During Term 4, Year 10 Food Technology students applied the design process of researching, planning, producing and ultimately evaluating a platter of food for their Staff Morning Tea Exam.

After 5 weeks of planning, the big day arrived and all MazChefs showcased their culinary skills by producing their amazing platters for the staff.  Food from 43 unique and impressive platters was thoroughly enjoyed, with some staff even requesting the recipes!

If students enjoy cooking and hospitality, in VCE they can study VET Hospitality at Holmesglen TAFE as part of their Mazenod VCE/VM program.
