SPECIALS FOR THE WEEK

The canteen will operate on MONDAY and TUESDAY ONLY for the last week of school.

Sally will be offering some super surprise specials to finish off the year!

WORLD CHALLENGE TRIP

Sixteen students and three teachers are flying on Friday morning to Vietnam and Cambodia for three weeks. If anyone is keen to follow their journey on Instagram, look up @cambodiavietnam23

There has been a long 18month lead up to this and each student has worked hard to pay for their trip. We would like to thank everyone who donated in one of our many fundraisers to make this adventure happen - icy poles, food at the musical, guess the number of lollies in the jar, beach house raffle to name a few!

It is finally time for to fly! 

COMMUNITY NEWS

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Southern Grampians Shire Council-based young people to join our headspace YRG. 

The YRG is a group of volunteers aged 16-25 who care about youth mental health and want to have a say in how headspace delivers its services. This will include some exciting opportunities in the very near future to contribute to developing the ‘look and feel’ of their community’s headspace service, including consultation on aspects of the design of the centre at a design workshop.

If you are aware of anyone who may be interested in becoming a member of the YRG, or of anyone who would like to find out a bit more about becoming a YRG member, if you could please encourage them to visit our website (Mental health service coming to Hamilton - Brophy Family and Youth Services) and complete the form linked under the heading “Youth Reference Group meetings”, that would be fantastic. We will then contact them about next steps or to answer any questions they may have. We look forward to hearing from them!
